How do I book a Motorhome?

You can register on line or by telephone to check availability. Once you have completed the booking form a deposit of £200.00 per week of hire is required. The balance is due 28 days prior to the hire.

Is there a  charge for using a credit card?

Credit card charge is 2%

What is the security deposit?

A £500.00 refundable security deposit is payable upon collection and will be refunded seven days after the return date provided the vehicle is returned in a clean and undamaged condition with a full tank of fuel and the toilet clean and empty ( as per terms and conditions). This can be paid by cash or credit card on the day of hire.

Where can I stay?

Anywhere really but we do recommend you get hooked up every two or three days to recharge your leisure battery.

Can I leave my car with you?

Yes customers can leave a car with us , please note vehicles are left at owners risk.

What time can I pick up and drop off the motorhome?

You can collect at aprox 4pm and drop off by 10am however we are flexible on this and we will work with you wherever posible.

Where can I take the motorhome?

Our motorhomes can be driven in the UK or Europe. Travel throughout Europe will require extra insurance cover which is £65.00 per week.

Is there anything else I need to bring on collection?

Yes you will  need your driving licence (both parts) and two forms of identication showing your current address. 

How old are your motorhomes?

All are motorhomes are 2010 models.

How do I use the motorhome and facilities?

We give an indepth demonstration of all aspects of the vehicle, this can take up to an hour or as long as you may need.

How long can I rent a motorhome for?

During June, July and August rentals are for a minimum of 7 nights , please ask for a special quote for longer periods. At all other times we are able to offer shorter rentals.

Do you hire all year round?

Yes Explore Motorhome hire offer all year round rental but we always advise to book early.
